This is why I've left multiple platforms

I left Facebook when it became a cesspool of ppl resounding to shït with open hostility just because they could. 

It's only gotten worse. 

Ignorant extremists marinating in misinformation. Musk poisoned Twitter in the same manner.   

 I'm even feeling distaste with using Instagram, which is owned by meta,

but part of a chronic illness community without which I'd be lost, so it's become a bit of a hostage situation. 

My energy is limited so I need to prioritize beneficial interactions over those with toxicity attached.
