This is just the opinion of a
56 year old with late in life
ADHD diagnosis...
(I realize this post is about autism, but they're both on the same spectrum,
so please hear me out)
First, for a bit of background:
I was over 30 😐
and only sought formal assessment for ADHD
after both of my children were diagnosed due to referrals to be assessed by BOTH of their teachers in early elementary school 😳.
What an epiphany about my struggles in life up to that point 🤯
I've since had two more children (second marriage)
who've also been diagnosed.
Okay. Back to my point.
Neurodivergency just means brain differences.
I'm going to throw out there
That 'the spectrum' upon which
I find myself
Is the rule,
Rather than the exception
