About the change in seasons...

You watch the seasons change,  I FEEL it.  With each season change,  my body spends a minimum of 3 weeks adjusting to the changes in the atmosphere. 

Quick math (which is the way my brain works) says that for 12 full weeks of the year, my widespread pain intensifies for funsies and there's nothing I can do about it. 

Now add incremental weather 😐

I feel like I should allowed to be grumpy but I'm just expected to carry on 

(which I do because that's the available option)

I guess what I'm saying is that you never know what people are dealing with unless and until they tell you.
